Privacy
Short version: this site runs no advertising trackers and sells nothing. It measures which pages get read, using one cookie that is set only if you agree to it, and you can change your mind further down this page. We keep what you send us for as long as we are talking.
Who we are
Stays Up is the trading name of Dmitrii Branitskii, a sole trader registered in Portugal (VAT 324565704), Lisbon. For anything on this page, write to hello@staysup.io.
What we collect, and why
- The contact form. Name, email, company and the message you write. Purpose: to reply to you. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to our mailbox and does not keep a copy beyond delivery.
- The calendar. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly processes your name, email and the slot under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking.
- Email. Anything you email us is kept in our mailbox for the duration of our correspondence and any engagement that follows.
- Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, time) for security and operation under Cloudflare's terms. We do not use them to identify visitors.
- Analytics, only if you agree. Which pages you open, in what order, where you arrived from, and your approximate location, which PostHog derives from your IP address. Purpose: to see which of our writing is worth doing more of. Legal basis: your consent, given in the banner on your first visit and withdrawable below. If you decline, nothing is sent at all.
The analytics above is the only measurement on this site. It runs on PostHog Cloud EU, hosted in Frankfurt, which acts as our processor and keeps the events under its own retention terms. We hold no separate copy. We run no advertising pixels and no social plugins. If what we run changes, this page changes first.
Analytics: your choice
This is the setting you gave on your first visit. Change it here at any time. It takes effect immediately.

Audit data
What we receive during an engagement (traces, exports, read-only access) is covered separately on the trace handling page: one machine, one person, deleted at thirty days, no model training on your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted within twelve months. Client correspondence and invoices: kept for the period Portuguese tax law requires, currently ten years, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Email us; we answer within thirty days. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
Changes
This page carries the date of its last revision at the top. We do not notify changes individually.
